Goals:
1. Drink a minimum of 3L of water per day. Other drinks can be consumed as long as they are low in calories and all water has been or will be consumed.
2. Rather than count calories, focus on eating healthy, nutrient rich foods and stopping when I'm full.
3. Focus on fibre-rich, natural foods such as bran, vegetables, fruit, yogurt, etc.
3. Cut out most overly processed foods (chocolates, candies, fast food)
4. Go to the gym/work out minimum 4 times per week.
5. Lose 1.5 pounds per week.
Comment on any entry if you have any questions for me. I'll add pretty much anyone as a friend (as long as you're friendly, and therefore friend material...)
Please note: If your entries are not at least mostly weight-loss oriented, I might not add you as a friend. I come to my journal for weight-loss related things and that's what I like to read when I'm here. I hope you guys can understand that! It's nothing against anyone personally, it's just my preference.
